周令，教授，硕士研究生导师。1987年毕业于哈尔滨医科大学公共卫生学院公共卫生与预防医学专业，分配到大连医科大学工作至今。现任大连医科大学公共卫生学院卫生事业管理学教研室主任。主要学术兼职：中华预防医学会卫生事业管理分会委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会基层卫生健康分会常务委员，中国卫生经济学会基层卫生经济专业委员会常务委员、公共卫生经济专委会委员。大连市食品安全检验评估专家委员会副主任委员/食品药品安全应急专家委员会副主任委员。

从事教学科研工作37年。以第一作者/核心通讯作者发表论文140余篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文26篇。主编、参编教材38部。荣获辽宁省政府社会科学奖二等奖、省医学科技奖三等奖各1项，大连市政府社会科学奖一、二等奖各1项，市科学技术奖二、三等奖各1项。

研究方向：卫生管理与卫生政策、卫生应急与卫生监督、疾病控制管理与健康管理。
