余斯乐MD MPH CPH，副教授，硕士研究生导师。儿科执业医师，美国公共卫生执业专家。美国视觉与眼科研究协会（ARVO）会员，美国眼科学会（AAO）会员，美国外科学会（ASC）会员，美国移植学会（ATC）会员，中国医疗器械行业协会会员，中国医学装备协会眼科专业委员会委员。

曾先后就职于中山大学与美国约翰霍普金斯大学。现任辽宁何氏医学院视觉科学院主管院长、辽宁何氏医学院公共卫生学院副院长，何氏集团专家委员会副主席。

余斯乐教授是临床医生与流行病学家，致力于运用大数据与人工智能的技术推动医疗的进步。擅长使用大数据搭建预测模型，探索疾病发展的规律，为精准医疗提供证据；带领团队设计并实施了多个数字医疗在眼健康领域的应用项目。
